OVERLAND PARK, Kansas (May 24, 2016). Shoutz, Inc., an award-winning marketing, technology and gaming company, and founding partner of GameRail, today named Atul Bali as Chairman of the Board of GameRail Entertainment, LLC.

Bali has established himself throughout a more than 20-year career as an experienced global executive within the gaming industry. He currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of Gaming Realms plc, a London-based, publicly traded creator and publisher of mobile gambling games, and President & CEO of Blastworks, Inc. (formerly GameHouse and a leading social-gaming publisher and a strategic partner of GameRail) as well as a non-executive director of several gaming companies. Previously, Bali served as President of Real Networks, President & CEO of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. and a President at GTECH Corporation (now IGT) where he led the iGaming, Sports Betting, Fintech, Global Business Development, Strategy & Corporate Development efforts.
